Nina Connor is a European born, sought after Master Esthetician with over 14 years of experience in the skincare industry. Her facial treatments are a perfect fusion of beauty and wellness practices collected from all over the world with cutting-edge modern technologies for complete skin, mind and body rejuvenation. Her passion for skin care and wellness has been ever-present in her life since a very early age growing up in a European country where monthly facials were perceived as a necessity, not a luxury. 

In 2007, Nina made the full commitment to pursue her passion and obtained her Esthetician license at New Age Spa Institute in Chicago. Nina’s journey as a skin care therapist took many unexpected turns as she worked in some of the best Chicagoland spas alongside other professionals where she perfected her craft. She knew that if she wanted to be the best in her field she needed to invest in continuing her education and master her skills as her attention to detail was impeccable.

Nina received professional training and acquired the finest treatment techniques working with world-renowned alternative Eastern practitioners and Estheticians. Always fascinated with the benefits of facial massage, Nina obtained her professional certifications in:
-Sculptural face lifting and buccal massage with Yakov Gershkovich
-Gua Sha and acupressure face massage at Chicago Holistic Health and Wellness Clinic
-Reconstructive face lifting and buccal at Via Skin Care Clinic
-Dry contouring face massage - french method
-And numerous skin care continuing education classes in adult acne, chemical peeling and professional equipment certifications.

She combines years of learning human anatomy, beauty nutrition, studying skin, ancient techniques and performing thousands of facials over the years into creating her groundbreaking facial protocols. 

Nina’s client base and reputation has exploded since she opened her skin care studio "Glow by Nina'' in May 2018, in the heart of Chicago, Gold Coast. Her passion, skills and expertise finally came together and she created her dream - a tranquil space where she can freely design the most groundbreaking non-invasive facial protocols. She combines cutting edge technologies with alternative methods and advanced facial massages to achieve impeccable results and a completely rejuvenating experience for her clients.

In early 2020, Nina moved her practice to Austin, Texas.

Currently, Nina is spending her time focusing on expanding and managing her business, hosting professional workshops for Licensed Estheticians, and mentoring her team of Estheticians at her ATX skincare studio. She is also completing her apprenticeship with the The 26th Generation Master of the House and Lineage of Kobido, Dr. Shogo Mochizuki.
